For discerning collectors and enthusiasts, this meticulously crafted re-creation represents one of the most accurate renditions of the legendary 1960s Ferrari crushing supercar. Bespoke built in NZ in the 80's under the strict guidance of a prominent car and racing enthusiast, this example was produced as part of a limited series of three, using original factory tooling and machinery to ensure unparalleled authenticity.

Finished in the striking Ford Racing White with classic Blue Racing Stripes, this GT40 re-creation exudes both power and presence, with a jaw dropping sound. The period-correct racing cabin / cockpit evoke the vehicle's rich motorsport heritage, and it stands as a remarkable addition to any prestigious car collection. It is believed to be the only example of its kind in Australia.

This rare re-creation GT40P is as raw and uncompromising as they come, delivering just under 600 horsepower from its stroked 347 Ford Racing V8 engine. Paired with a close-ratio gearbox, the car offers a visceral driving experience that demands focus and commitment. It is not for the faint-hearted but offers an experience akin to the million-dollar originals.

This example chassis #1006 underwent an extensive $$$ restoration 15 years ago, further enhancing its performance and aesthetics. The restoration included the installation of wide racing "replica" factory alloys, air conditioning, upgraded brakes, exhaust headers, and additional performance upgrades. She can now be eligible for historic, heritage, and club registration in most Australian states. Currently located in Queensland, this car was previously registered in Victoria.
