We are extremely proud to offer for the first time a piece of US muscle car history and one of the most iconic muscle cars of the era a genuine 1970 Pontiac "GTO" convertible with a FULL period correct "The Judge" package added when she was fully restored in 2010 back in Arizona Nth America. Privately imported by her 3rd owner this stunning now ready for her perfect tribute "The Judge" GTO has been full nut bolt restoration and using all period correct parts to create this perfect tribute to one of the most iconic muscle cars from the 60/70's the Pontiac GTO. Originally an Arizona rust free GTO Convertible which has won many wards here in Australia including "Best A Body" at recent Pontiac Nationals, "Best Restored" in 2014 at All American Day Lakeside plus more. Period correct in every way this stunning tribute drives and feels like no other US Muscle on the road and has a presence not too many others command. A very rare sight when it comes to seeing these iconic GTO's cruising and finished in her factory colours of Atoll Blue with Black Vinyl interior and Black Electric Soft Top with "The Judge" package wings, 15" factory Rally 2 wheels, decals and stripes completes the look and stance of this tuff cruiser. Such a hot and tuff looking convertible she has been invited many times to be key/lead car in the displays at V8 Supercar races for driver parades etc. This genuine Pontiac GTO Convertible has a YZ period correct "400ci- Ram Air 3 V8" producing 366HP and 500NM of torque all driven through her 3 speed TH400 automatic connected to her "3.55 Positraction LSD" and her rumble is awesome and significant. The highly sought after "The Judge" package was first introduced in the 1969 GTO and consists was a new rear wing, different wheels, extra decals on the bodywork with "The Judge" logos. The idea was from a TV show called "Here comes Da Judge" and Pontiac used this to highlight the sports option with the GTO. It was a success and in 1970 the production numbers for GTO's where as follows a total of 40,149 GTO's were made and of these 3615 were convertibles and a total of 3797 has the "Judge" option and of these only 162 were convertibles. Of the GTO convertibles made in 1970 only 114 has the "Ram Air 3 and Turbo 400" option. This genuine GTO convertible but now restored to replicate "The Judge" with Ram Air 3 engine has been re-produced to be one exact tribute to one of those 114 examples.

After many proud years of ownership and enjoyment this fantastic GTO cruiser is now being offered for the first time to her next lucky custodian to continue years of top down cruising and enjoyment. The 1970 GTO was a significant car that Pontiac had perfected both mechanically and aesthetically with her renowned "Endura" bumper behind those grills a fully functional Ram Air hood incorporates Pontiac "twin nostrils" in front of a hood tachometer and recessed windscreen wipers. This stunning GTO convertible is period correct in every way except for oil and temp gauges and ADR compliant seat belts. The GTO has a current QLD L02 engineering plate to certify 5 seat compliance and the intense restoration carried out in the US to the highest standards to ensure she is period correct and representative of the "The Judge" package as she sits here now. Owned by a fanatic and cared for her with receipts and invoices for work carried out here in Australia and also her original books, owners manuals, consumer cards and even new vehicle warranty card but most importantly the factory build sheet showing her to be a correct matching factory GTO convertible with these factory options from new and confirming her authenticity for future values.
