This particular 456 was delivered new by Continental Car Services (Ferrari NZ) to the late Sir Rajeshwar Sarup Bhatnagar (Roger Bhatnagar), who was the director of Pacific Retail Group, the major entity behind well-known brands such as Noel Leeming, Bond & Bond, and several other leading names across New Zealand.

Since then, the car has had exemplary ownership and consistent servicing. It presents in impeccable condition, considering its age and mileage. The vehicle comes complete with its full set of original books, as well as the coveted tool kit.

The Ferrari 456 is the precursor to Ferrari’s 612, FF, and GTC4 Lusso, and helped set the standard for the brand's four-seater grand tourers. Its unique blend of luxury and performance makes it more than just a sports car—it is a practical, spacious GT, ideal for both family use and weekend cruising.

Powered by a 5.5L front-engine V12 and paired with an automatic gearbox, this 456 delivers a thrilling 436 horsepower, which, in the 1990s, made it an exhilarating choice for both road and track.

Equipped with adjustable suspension and a host of other innovative features, the 456 was ahead of its time.
