1964 Holden EH Premier Sedan - 3 Owner - Resto Style - Matching Numbers - Some Customisation - Great Summer Cruiser
We are pleased to present to you this great opportunity one of the nicest/cleanest classic early Holden cruiser's on the market in this 1964 Holden EH "Premier" Sedan finished in her classic light silver blue coachwork with her period correct cabin in navy velour/vinyl and switch gear with some modern additions in switch gear with tasteful upgrades made for ease of ownership. This very tidy EH was restored over 18yrs ago and has stood up well with the usual minor blemishes as expected from a 60yr old car EH sedan with her nice sounding engine and performing on the road with her original matching 186 straight 6 cylinder engine bored 60tho to produce 179HP. A lot of $$$ spent to create this fantastic reliable and ultimate summer cruiser with a list of performance, mechanical upgrades and modifications completed to make this iconic classic Holden EH a reliable enjoyable cruiser. Fully restored both exterior, interior and mechanically approx 18yrs ago with steel crank, starfire rods, cast piston's, yella terra bathurst 600 heads, yella terra roller rockers with alloy rocker cover the engine is fully balanced with a "speco thomas" camshaft with crane lifters with a 350 twin barrel Holy Carburettor. The custom exhaust system with extractors go into a 2' inch stainless steel exhaust and a beefed up aussie 4 speed manual floor shift gearbox fitted for much easy driving and road feel mated to a 1 tonne clutch for no issues with a pro street shifter she feels nice on the road cruising or giving her rev up. All the suspension was upgraded to comprise Pedders front and read shocks springs, bushes, sway bars, leaf springs etc. Her cooling system also upgraded to EH automatic radiator with thermo cooling fans flex thermo fans fitted for modern day driving. Her brakes also upgraded to have better drivability with HR discs front and rear diff-housing Hadfield chassis kit fitted for durability and drivability including a HR steering column. A custom dash with bespoke gauges have been fitted all clearly displayed and showing all systems which work correctly and well the whole cabin has been refurbished the genuine EH Premier plush velour navy cabin with matching door cards, carpets and vinyl match is in beautiful order with her new centre console gives the cabin a nice finish. Her stance is just right not too low and not too high just right for full load cruising and no rubbing out with suspension including leaf springs sitting on genuine US "Dragway Draglites" wheels 14x8 rear and front 14x5 so just right. This EH Holden the value this great example offers here, overall this is a clean, tidy and honest Aussie cruiser for the family/mates/self to enjoy and will appeal to many generations still to come.
