We are very pleased and honoured to offer this very special opportunity of securing for the very first time ever this period correct fully restored 1959 Porsche 356 A 1600 Super Hardtop/Cabriolet RHD. This stunning example was delivered new by Hamilton's to a DV Investments in Surrey Hills Victoria in Jan 1959 and has had ONLY 3 owners from new and this being the first time ever since new being offered publicly. This once in a life time opportunity is upon you now, this very rare very unique Porsche 356A Hardtop Cabriolet is finished in her factory colours of #5710 Steingrau which was the ONLY "special" paint colour to be offered on the 356's btw 1957-1959 on the factory colour chart. Her cabin is period correct as well being the original #5701 Schwartz Rot cabin which has been fully restored as her exterior. Most importantly her engine, gearbox, engine type and vin are all correct and matching numbers so highly collectable and extremely rare to find a car of such age in perfect correct order from new. Her original and very rare factory "winter/hardtop" is finished in black as per factory as well.

This is a very rare combination 356 Porsche believed to be with only 30 examples or less built with believed to be 22 RHD examples still left with her complete matching identifiers still in tact and untouched from new in her original colour very rare combination. A recent Porsche Certification inspection has been completed with all identifiers confirmed as original for her authenticity and future values. Cars of this nature have been strong investment assets with serious car collectors/investors the world over and with this also being advertised overseas we hope we can retain this prime Australian example here. Complete with her original sales order from new and with the way Porsche are going with hybrid/electrification these original and very rare early 356's are strong investment grade cars that are desired the world over, so great addition to any collector.
